  • Herbs can be used to freshen up your mouth and the breath from your mouth. You can chew on small pieces of fresh rosemary, parsley, spearmint, or tarragon for up to a minute.
  • Try to find out the cause that has lead to your bad breath. Give yourself relief from the stress. This will lessen the foul odor to a great extent.
